Today, the first scheduled international flight of Croatia Airlines, a regional Star Alliance member, was flown between Zagreb and Gothenburg. Airbus A319 from the fleet of Croatia Airlines took off from Zagreb with 24 passengers, and arrival to Gothenburg was at 10.20. On the return flight aircraft took off from Gothenburg at 11.20 hours with 132 passengers, and the arrival in Zagreb was at 13.25 hours.
Croatia Airlines is introducing direct flights on the route Zagreb – Gothenburg with the aim of contributing to an even more successful tourist exchange between the Republic of Croatia and the Kingdom of Sweden. Passengers are offered very favourable conditions, without the need for stopping over at some of European airports. After landing in Zagreb, passengers are offered excellent flight connections to domestic and regional destinations of Croatia Airlines.
Zagreb and Gothenburg are connected by direct Croatia Airlines flights (the international flight number OU484/OU485), two times a week, on Mondays and Fridays.

The Croatia Airlines fleet includes ten aircraft: four Airbus A319, four Airbus A320, and two turboprop Dash 8-Q400 aircraft. The delivery of two additional Dash 8-Q400 aircraft is expecting until the end of this June.
