This April, Adria Airways begins operating a new scheduled service between Ljubljana and Madrid. This new service aims to serve both business travellers and Slovene tourists, among whom interest in visiting Spain is growing. Tourists from Spain are also expected.
Adria’s 86-seat Canadair Regional Jet CRJ900 aircraft will fly between Ljubljana and Madrid twice a week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Special offer tickets are available from EUR 162 until 20 April in the Adria Outlet.
From the inauguration until 31 July 2009 passengers on the new Ljubljana–Madrid–Ljubljana route will receive double points from the Adria Corporate Card programme. ‘Spain is one of the most popular destinations for Slovene holidaymakers, while interest in Slovenia is also growing among Spanish tourists,’ commented Tomaž Kostanjšek, Adria’s director of sales and marketing.
