LOS ANGELES, CA (July 26) — Korean Air is one of the world’s “Top 10 International Airlines” according to Travel & Leisure (T&L) magazine’s readers in the publication’s current best of the best rankings.
This is the first time that Korean Air has been named in T&L’s top 10. Other airlines, ranked from the top, are Singapore, Emirates, Thai Airways, Cathay Pacific, SilkAir, Japan Airlines, ANA, Virgin Atlantic and Air Tahiti Nui.
The magazine asked readers to rate their favorite airlines for cabin comfort, food, in-flight service, customer care and value. The questionnaire was developed by the magazine’s editors in association with Harris Interactive and was exclusive to magazine subscribers.
“Korean Air has worked hard for this kind of recognition,” says John Jackson, the airline’s sales and marketing director for the Americas. “We’re constantly improving so our passengers feel that we provide good value, comfort and service. It’s paying off when we see Travel & Leisure readers’ reinforcement of our efforts.”
