We would like to inform our customers of some strategic changes that will take place in regards to Kenya Airways’ sales operations in the Scandinavia region. As of December 1, 2008, the commercial representation of Kenya Airways in Scandinavia will be handled by Air France KLM. Mr Per Caroe, Kenya Airways, Country Manager for the Nordic & Baltic countries, will work with the Air France KLM representatives based in Denmark.
Air France KLM in Copenhagen, Stockholm, Oslo and Helsinki, with the assistance of KLM/Cygnific Help Desk will now handle all Reservations, Groups Sales and Sales Support and from December 1, 2008 the commercial and marketing representation (Air France KLM sales representatives / account managers) will be contactable on the following numbers:

The transition process has commenced and will continue until December 12 and Kenya Airways staff will be available to ensure a smooth process during the transition period in all Nordic countries.
